December 2018, the number of departures of international airplanes from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport was recorded at 3,081 units of flights or increased by 6.02 percent compared to the previous month (m to m) which reached 2,906 units.
The number of international flight passengers in that period
same (m to m) has increased by an increase of 3.03 percent,
namely from 480,326 people in November 2018 to 494,898
people in December 2018. In contrast to the increase in the number of departures of aircraft and passengers,
the number of baggage and international air freight goods decreased (m to m) by -5.27 percent, which was from 12.23 million tons
to 11.59 million tons.
For domestic air transport, the number of planes departing from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in December 2018 is 3,833 flights, up 4.21 percent
compared to the condition of the previous month (m to m) that reached
3,678 flight units. The number of passengers recorded reached
475,930 people or an increase of 7.96 percent compared to the month
previously (m to m) which reached 440,835 people. Total baggage
and goods also increased by 9.04 percent, namely from
6.58 million tons in November 2018 to 7.17 million tons in
December 2018 (m to m).
For sea freight, the number of ships departing from several
ports in Bali Province in December 2018
there were 2,195 units, or increased by
3.29 percent of the previous month (m to m), which was recorded
as many as 2,125 units. Number of passenger ships on the Moon
December 2018 there were 287,440 people. This number rises
6.47 percent compared to the previous month (m to m)
which reached 269,985 people. Similar conditions are shown
by the transportation of goods in the same period recorded reached
17,919 tons, up 19.02 percent compared to the month
previously (m to m) the amount of which was recorded at 15,056 tons.
