Singaraja - Friday, December 20, 2019 BPS of the Regency of Buleleng gathered a 2020 Population Census Ambassador who came from the Statistics Partners. As many as 168 BPS Statistics Bureau of Buleleng Regency voluntarily expressed readiness to become SP2020 Ambassadors. The SP2020 Ambassadors from 148 villages / kelurahans in Buleleng Regency will later act as funnels that disseminate information about SP2020 especially the Online Population Census to residents in the village / kelurahan where they live. In addition, the SP2020 Ambassador is expected to be a liaison between the community and the BPS of Buleleng Regency in the technical implementation of the 2020 Population Census.
In addition to delivering material on the 2020 Population Census by the Head of the BPS Social Statistics Section of Buleleng Regency, Drs. I Gusti Bagus Asti Legawa, this event was also filled with Team building activities that discussed strategies in dealing with potential obstacles that might be encountered in the implementation of the Online Population Census and the Population Census Interview.
When opening and closing the event, Head of BPS of the Regency of Buleleng, I Gede Suarta, SE., M. Agb. invites all SP2020 Ambassadors present to continue the spirit of disseminating SP2020 to the whole community for the success of the 2020 Population Census.
